The owner of Chubby Rays Original Louisville Pizza Company has applied for a conditional use permit for outdoor alcohol sales and consumption/indoor entertainment activity.

A meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 6PM at Chubby Ray’s located at 3910 Ruckreigel Parkway to discuss the plan.
