Mayor’s Community Conversation at Eastern High School Please Join Council Member Stuart Benson at These Area Mayor's Community Conversations Monday, November 19, 20076:30 p.m. Eastern High School Gym2400 Old Shelbyville Road You will find Council Member Stuart Benson at the Metro Council table (near the Mayor’s table) ready to listen to your concerns and issues. If you cannot attend this public forum, please call our office with any issues or concerns at 574-1120. Community Conversations are your opportunity to go one-on-one with the Mayor about issues of concern or ideas for the future of Louisville Metro. Representatives from all government departments will be available to speak specifically to issues in their departments. MetroCall customer service representatives will log-in your specific requests to help ensure a timely response to your needs. Community Conversations are a real opportunity to have your voice heard and your needs met. Why Attend a Mayor’s Community Conversation? · You may want to attend by yourself or with your family. Scout troops, neighborhood associations or school groups are always welcomed too. Bring a camera and take a photo of your group in action at the Community Conversation and place it in your newsletter.
· Build relationships with Metro Government representatives. · Metro Government 101- This is a wonderful opportunity to see “democracy in action” and learn more about how your city operates.
